· No classes this Friday or Saturday in observance of the 4th of July Holiday! Also class is cancelled at GGBC with Demetria this Thursday. Be safe and have fun!

· Thanks to everyone who came out to support QCDQ at the Zumbathon! It was a fabulous success, raising over $600 for Fitness for Everyone. Big thanks to Sara for organizing the event!
