Notes: What I loved most about this song was the horns. They just made me want to move something. Note: There is some foul language at the end of this song, which I did edit out. Other than that, it’s a really clean song. YouTube Video Links: I couldn’t find this one on YouTube :-(
Intro: Regular Merengue. Chorus “1, 2, 3” : Keep doing merengue step but add arms. Touch waist on 1, shoulders on 2, and above head on 3. Then reverse going back down the body. Always hit your shoulders on 2. Musical Verse “Mambo”: Same merengue step but bring right leg out wide on counts 1 & 5. So its wide, wide and in, in. Chorus “1, 2, 3” : Same as before. Musical Verse “Mambo” : Same as before but out to the left. Horns: Shake right hip forward and flick wrists from above head and downward to the beat of the horns. Switch left. Switch right and left again. Musical Verse “Mambo” : Same as before but out to the right. Horns: Shake right hip forward and flick wrists from above head and downward to the beat of the horns. Switch left. Switch right and left again. Chorus “1, 2, 3” : Same as before. Musical Verse “Mambo” : Same as before but out to the left.
