I use this as one of my warm-up songs.  Very fun.  Inspired by So you think you can dance.

Chorus “You think you gangsta…”:

Pull down arms alternating right and left, slow 6x, then fast 4x on “Don’t cross the line”.  Then step and heel touch (very hip-hoppy).

First verse:

Back roll down, roll up, roll down, then stand up quickly and shake (“Jiggajiggajiggajigga”).  Do 2 more x.

Chorus:

Same as above

Second verse:

Warming up the legs, get in a lunge position with right leg in front.  Bend back knee in and straighten 4x.  Then drop down, and straighten up with arms reaching up 4x.  Then sit butt back for a hamstring stretch.  Tap toe and then roll it up.

Chorus:

Same as above

Third verse:

Same as second, but with the left leg forward.

Chorus (A wee bit different):

Do fast arms 8x (the whole time), then do your step and heel touch.

Chorus:

Same as above.

Finale:

Here I get my legs wide and then lunge from side to side.  Add in shoulder press toward the knee 8x.  Add in a shoulder roll back as you lunge to that side.  Then do shoulder roll front 8x. Then hold in the middle and open and close arms (rounding back).
