My name is Gina Moody and I’m from Mt. Holly, NC. I graduated from East Gaston in 1999 and received my BA in English and Communications from UNCG in 2004. I came back to Gaston County and began taking Angie’s Zumba class in February of 2007. I hate exercising, but I love to dance; so Zumba was a perfect fit! Angie was so much fun that I was inspired to get my own Zumba certification that May, and I have been teaching for over 2 years now. I am also certified with AFAA as a group fitness instructor. Currently, I teach Zumba, Beginning Moves and DanceOut! in Gaston County. I have also taught other forms of aerobic dance classes in various locations. The best part of my week is shakin’ it with my friends in class, spreading the love of dance, and making exercise FUN!! Email Gina |
