My name is Lisa Burke and I am from Gastonia, NC. I am a 1995 graduate of Hunter Huss HS and a graduate of Appalachian State University. I currently teach 6th grade science at York Chester Middle School in Gastonia. I began taking classes with my sister Angie in March 2007 and I fell in love with the concept of a dance-inspired workout. Angie started to convince me to come up on stage with her more and more during class, and before I knew it I was in “Instructor Training”. Since then I went on to get my Zumba certification and I love dancing every week with all of the QCDQ jammers!!! Currently I teach Zumba, DanceOut! and Hit It in Gastonia. Email Lisa |
