My name is Nicole Mattern. I grew up in Harrisburg, North Carolina and currently reside in Concord. My passion for dancing began early in life. I started training in tap, jazz and ballet at the age of 5 up until the early high school years. I took my very first Zumba class in the Spring of 2008 and really liked it. A couple of months later I saw a sign advertising Zumba with Angie and gave it a try and fell in LOVE! Queen City Dancing Queen classes changed my life so much that I was inspired to become an instructor. I love seeing the faces of the participants light up when the music is pumping and every muscle in their body is working. I currently teach DanceOut! in Concord.
