Jam Crew Shirt In order to get Jam Crew Credit on your Dance Fanatic Class Card, you must be wearing your Jam Crew shirt, so make sure you get as many shirts as you deem necessary for your class attendance habits.
Styles and Colors Available: Tank– Pink only $20 Baby Tee– Pink or Green $20 T-Shirt– Pink or Green $20
Sizes Available: S, M, L, XL, XXL
Place order by July 25, 2009 to guarantee your size, color and style preference. Shirts will be delivered in August.
Attention first-time Jam Crew Members—- Please print and complete application and give to your instructor in class.
