Dance Fanatic Class Card Terms |

1. Dance Fanatic class cards can be purchased online at QueenCityDancingQueen.com or in class (check or cash only). 2. If purchased online, you can redeem your class card by bringing your receipt to class with you to any QCDQ location. 3. You may use your class card at any QCDQ class location. 4. You must bring your card with you to each class you attend, so that your card may be marked to reflect the usage of the class. 5. Class cards are non-replaceable. Please do not lose your class card. 6. Class cards are non-refundable. Sorry! 7. 5, 10 and 20 Class cards are subject to expire 3 months from the date which the class card was redeemed. (The “redeem date” is the date that you use the first punch on your card.) However, as long as classes continue to be offered, then there is an indefinite grace period in which you may continue to use your card. One month Unlimited Class Cards will expire one month from the redeem date and there is no grace period. 8. Dance Fanatic Reward classes are given when the participant uses up all purchased classes within 3 months from the date that they redeemed their 5, 10 or 20 card. If using an Unlimited card, rewards are earned when participant attends at least 10 classes in one month. No exceptions please! The reward depends on the type of class card you have. 9. Jam Crew Rewards are given when the participant has attended at least 80% of their classes as a JAM CREW member wearing attire. No exceptions please! 10. Class card sharing is permitted with 5, 10 and 20 class cards; however Unlimited Class cards can NOT be shared.
