My name is Demetria Brittingham (aka Meachi). I am a Marine Corps veteran originally from Chicago.  I have a BS in Business Management from UMUC and I currently work for the Department of Justice.  After living in the Carolinas, the Mid-West and Japan, I settled down in Harrisburg in 2007.  This is when I met Angie and took my first class with her; and I have been hooked every since!

I am Zumba and AFAA certified.  I love all genres of music with Salsa being one of my favorite styles of dance.  Although I do not have a formal background in dance, I love to “shake what my momma gave me” in my own way.  If you are looking for a no rules workout, come and shake your “groove thang” with me at the next PAR-TEE!
